| Hi. I'm trying to add the 125 ptc credits in my account to my new ad. It shows 125 credits available but will only credit 83.3333 credits. Can you fix this? dadawgitty | |

| Try adding like 25 at a time.
Maybe its just a glitch.

| I put in 25 credits to assign, it show that it will deduct 37.5 credits from my balance. | |

| Are you sure you are doing correctly?
Its not like you are converting, just assigning.
This seems to be a first time im hearing about this.

| I've added another add and put 25 credits to it. My balance is now 50. I've placed 50 credits of the original 125 I was to have. Balance should be 75. | |

| Ok im in the middle of a mass mailing, so I cant go into the back office yet.
I will add your credits again.
Not sure why that happened.

| no hurry, I'll check it out tomorrow sometime. I used the last 50 credits on another new ad and it only credited me 33 views.
