I opened it up for a little while because we have some
funds in there, but we dont have a lot, all of our funds are tied up in
Paypal.
Therefore I dont want ppl to have to wait too long b/c they requested via AP.

Anyhow, if it was open and you canceled your PP request,
you should have requested it immediately after.
You should have been fine.

Regardless, as we get more funds in AP it will open up periodically.
You just have to watch it, and catch it from time to time.
I would like to get to a point where it is open all the time, unfortunately we cant do that yet.
