This is a card that we use.

It costs nothing to order the card online...

1 - You register online.
2 - They send you the card in the mail.
3 - You call up to activate it.
4 - Give them the referral code on the image below. (8382438839)
5 - They charge you only $5 on the card for account setup.

You're all done. You can use the card anywhere Visa is accepted, online or offline.
You can load the card via Paypal, WesternUnion, Direct Deposit, etc.
