I think lot of site changes are happening in the background. My heart slips every time I see that "site not found" screen What a Face

I suggest why don't you show a small message "Site under maintenance. We will be back" ?

To tell you the truth, we havent been doing much behind the scenes
lately.
I am stumped on this one because I have NEVER and I am dead serious when
I tell you NEVER seen it. And since we opened I have been on the site
ALL DAY, EVERYDAY, with the exception of some sleep here and there.

It seriously has me confused. Its like calling a mechanic and telling him
you are hearing a noise, and when you bring it to him the noise is gone.

I know it sounds stupid to put it like that, but I dont see a problem.
In any event, I will let my host know that some of my members
are experiencing site down issues.

Dont get scared when and if you see it. Just keep trying throughout the day.

We just got here, We're not going anywhere!

I understand what you said. Let me give more info to you about the site down issue...
Whenever the site goes down, it goes down for an unspecified time. Some times it comes back with a couple of refreshes and some times it takes time.

What I will do is, next time I experience this, I shall immediately post it here (to know the exact time of occurrence) and also mail you at your support email id. And I will do that whenever i see that happening so that you might just observe a possible pattern or the number of known down times.

Cochi, please keep trying thru out the day.
The site is up for me, as I said earlier in this post.

We have emailed our host support about the issue.
As soon as we know something, we will pass it along.

As far as referrals clicking or not clicking,
that is not something we can guarantee.

Not to mention it is way to soon to assume that they are inactive.
Many members login and click at different times of the day.

Also, please do not buy referrals if you are not willing to risk
the fact of them being active or not. (that goes for everyone)

This is one of the reasons we do not even suggest paying for them.
Id rather not even sell them. But at times members want to buy them.

Thats my honest opinion on referrals.

So as you can see, as of right now, we cant seem to find any issues on our end.
I would just suggest that everyone try to hang in there, and soon enough we will move to a new
and bigger server.

The site was never down.
Either try refreshing the page, or using IE.

Out of curiosity, what country are you guys from?

I am from India.

As I mailed you, the guy who was trying to join under me, even tried with IE also. But the site doesn't seem to have come up either.

Hope the new server solves these kind of problems.

Ok well, as of right now, you have to just keep trying,
because it is obviuosly isolated to certain areas.
As I have never seen it down.
In any event, I have emailed my support again, and soon enough I think we
will just have to move to our own server anyway.

I am from Belgium and just got in at 20.25 Belgium time.
some of my refs are also from Belgium, but they had no problems, one ref from the Netherlands has the same problem as I have.
this was the first time I had to wait so long to have acces, other days I had problems only in the morning, now it almost lasted the whole day

I dont mean to be rude or anything, I know you are only trying to help,
but we are working on it as best we can.
There is no need to keep posting it over and over.
It wont change anything.
Im waiting on my host to re-investigate the situation, and if they can find anything
or fix anything, we will have to work on plan b. (Move to a new server/host)
